Our construction team broke ground at Essendon Fields on Monday 22nd October 2018. This purpose-built office and warehouse for proposed tenant, Suncorp Motor will be used as a vehicle assessment centre. The structure will consist of a 1,800 Sq m warehouse, including an attached, two storey office block, (400 Sq m per floor) and will be set on 5,620 Sq m block of land in the Heart Precinct at Essendon Fields.
The facility will be the first of many proposed developments in the Heart Precinct at Essendon Fields and is to be constructed to achieve a minimum of 4.5 STARS NABERS design rating. NABERS can be used to measure a building’s energy efficiency, carbon emissions, as well as the water consumed, the waste produced and is used to compare it with similar buildings.
The project is scheduled for completion in April 2019.
