Builtwise Constructions worked as project partner, supporting Elite Roads long before the turning of the first sod at the Aylesbury Drive site of their new headquarters. A number of other sites were scoped out in order to identify the most suitable land in and around Altona for the project.
We provided a reverse design brief to Elite Roads to ensure their requirements would be maximised at each potential site in order to achieve the best possible outcome. Generic facility layout options were originally provided with Builtwise Constructions assisting in the customisation of the layouts once a potential site was identified. This ensured that Elite Roads was able to make a confident decision regarding the final choice for the location for their new headquarters.
Once the site was confirmed Builtwise Constructions set about delivering the new office, warehouse and truck wash facility which was completed in April 2016.
