Our team broke ground at Nexus Industrial Estate, 85 Portlink Drive, Dandenong South in late 2019 for this +16,000 Sq m dual-tenancy, speculative warehouse and office facility for Salta Properties. We have been engaged to design and deliver this development with current industry best practices and design construction principles, that provide flexibility for tenant requirements.
The project is scheduled for completion in July 2020.
