We were engaged to design and construct a fully-serviced office building, partnering with internationally recognised architect – John Traikos. The office was built adjoining Ball Australia's new 18 hectare state-of-the-art horticultural production and propagation greenhouse facility in Skye, Victoria.
Working closely with other project stakeholders; coordinating and monitoring multiple tasks including; design coordination, sourcing permit approvals; and the procurement of relevant trades meant that we were able to deliver a building solution that was perfectly tailored to the client's specifications.
Beyond the construction works, Builtwise monitored and implemented OH&S strategies that ensured the project was delivered safely.
Hidden in the heart of the office is Australia’s largest temperature and humidity controlled seed storage chamber. The final product is an accomplishment not only of construction, but also displays an aesthetic quality befitting it's purpose and will continue to function as a comfortable house for future operations.
