Dawkins Occhiuto were the selling agents of the old Kangan TAFE sawtooth warehouse but fell in love with the space and decided to invest in it for their now spacious head office.
Builtwise Constructions took possession of the raw sawtooth roof warehouse located in the tight back streets of Cremorne in Melbourne’s inner-east, converting it from a shell into a two level head office with undercroft car parking. Architect David Dubois of Room Design Office did a brilliant job of retaining the character of this historic building whilst converting it into a modern exposed ceiling warehouse.
Construction of steel mezzanine, stairs, amenities and partitioned office fit-out was completed in just 8 weeks.
