Elite Roads is a full-service road construction company that specialises in civil contracting, road rehabilitation, profiling and the supply and lay of asphalt. Their expanding business meant that they required a new and larger headquarters. This move would also enable them to merge their head office with their site operations. The warehouse needed to provide a secure, covered facility for their 35+ fleet of machines including: road profiling and asphalting machines, bobcats, rollers and trucks as well as large undercover trailer parking.
Not only did Builtwise Constructions deliver on the design and construct aspects of this purpose-built facility, but also worked with Elite Roads to acquire suitable land for the project. This entailed a reverse design brief of Elite Roads requirements, providing generic facility layout options and assisting the customisation of layouts once potential land was identified.
