Masters Home Improvement required works comprising ground remediation and construction of two stand-alone buildings within the boundaries of an operating Masters store precinct. As part of the Box Hill Masters Home Improvement precinct master plan, the high profile corner blocks were allocated for specialty retail. National tenants Petbarn and Repco were secured prior to construction commencing, and were followed by Amway upon completion.
Extensive groundworks were undertaken including contamination, remediation, retaining walls in excess of 3,000mm high and 450 No screw piles up to 6,000mm deep. All tenancies were fitted with the Fusion HVAC package units with exposed spiral duct-ing, complying with the BCA section J requirements.
